Below is what is included in our basic Airbnb package. We realize that every unit has its own quirks and many require different things, so if you require anything additional which is not listed below just call or email us to discuss!

Laundry: On-site laundry is included in the cost per turnover cleaning. See below for how many loads are included (based on your home size)

  • Studio/1BR/2BR: One Load of Laundry Included
  • 3BR: Two Loads of Laundry Included
  • 4BR: Three Loads of Laundry Included

If a unit requires more loads to be done, please discuss with us! We may need to charge additional for the time. If the laundry/dryer require coins, we will simply charge for reimbursement. If your unit or building does not have laundry machines, we charge $10 extra to take the dirty linen to a laundromat in addition to reimbursement. If your unit does not require laundry service, please let us know and we can provide a discount.

Excessive Dirtiness: If your unit is excessively dirty from the prior tenants and will not be able to be finished in the allotted amount of time, we will let you know and may charge extra for a deep cleaning To schedule a cleaning, please first fill out the below form and someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible.



We’re an open book. Below are the “Strikes” that we inform the cleaners about in regards to turnover cleaning. If a cleaner misses anything on the below list, TELL US! We promise we’ll address it seriously and get it fixed ASAP.

No Show For Scheduled Cleaning (refund AND credit on next cleaning)

Not Doing The Laundry

Not Vacuuming or Mopping the Floor

Not Returning Key

Minor Strike 

Not Enough Supplies (soap, towels, etc) and Not Reported

Bed Sheets Not Tucked In Properly

Hairs In The Bathroom

Dirty Dishes Not Cleaned

Unorganized Linen Closet

Late Completion of Cleaning

Unreported Damage

Garbage Not Taken Out
